The view is lovely, but the rest of the stay was frustrating. The shower barely had any water, and the place is far from everything, down a narrow, dark street. We came for a weekend to rest and get away from the chaos of São Paulo, but sleeping past 7 or 8 in the morning was impossible. The owners live in the apartment above, and they get up very early. Then we could hear furniture being dragged, a blender, and things falling on the floor.

The balcony had a stunning sunset and a magnificent sea view. The photos on the website matched the place exactly, which was all lovely and well organized. Carlos was welcoming from our first booking conversations through our final day. Thanks again for everything, Carlos Uno. I’d love to return.

The accommodation had only just been painted, which is why I’m giving it two stars. We didn’t feel welcomed by the hosts, the beaches are far away, and transportation was inefficient. When a ride was available, it cost an exorbitant amount. They also asked us to check out 30 minutes earlier than agreed.

The view is beautiful, though you need to book the right room to get it. The place is far from the main road and the island center, so having a car makes getting there more practical.

The room was very comfortable and the view is beautiful, but it’s a long way from a lot of things if you’re on foot. Car rides are very expensive too.
