Breakfast was enough and well prepared, and the hostess gave us a warm welcome when we arrived. The rest of the stay was a letdown. The hallway smelled strongly of cigarettes, and the room had a heavy damp, dusty odor. There was a dust-catching cloth on the wall above the bed, which may have added to the smell. The bathroom had exposed pipes, damp patches, and no shower enclosure. The sheets and towels were very old, with holes and tears, and smelled bad.
