We went for Christmas with no particular expectations, and Tio Ferrugem had everyone laughing as soon as we checked in with his jokes and energy. The recreation team kept the days busy with games, bingo, karaoke, and fun dances with Tia Puff. There’s plenty for sports fans too. The soccer field was great, and my husband and brothers put together a team with some other guests. The pools were excellent, and meals were served generously. Fresh juices, soft drinks, beer, and caipirinhas cost extra, but we thought the quality made them worth it. One of our three rooms had no air conditioning because of a mistake at the central office. The hotel was full, so they couldn’t move us, but management was helpful and gave us a voucher to make up for it. We had a marvelous Christmas and definitely plan to come back. I highly recommend it.

We stayed over New Year’s 2025/2026, and the staff were always smiling and treated us so well. The meals were delicious, simple, fresh, and full of flavor, and Tio Ferrugem and Tia Puff were lively monitors. The setting is lovely, and we had a wonderful stay overall. A few things could be better: the shower has a weak flow, there are no paths to and from the chalet so you have to walk on the grass, and the chalet doesn’t get cleaned daily. Even so, I’d definitely return.

The food was wonderful, all well prepared with that grandma’s house taste, and the Christmas dinner was especially perfect. We did miss having Christmas decorations, though. We ended up using AI to decorate our Christmas photo instead, haha. That small detail didn’t take away from what a memorable family Christmas it was at Hotel Fazenda Harmonia in Serapuí. Tio Ferrugem and Tia Puf welcomed us with such warmth, and the recreation was a highlight. There was something different to do every day, from beach and field soccer to beach tennis, morning stretching, and walks led by the recreation team. At night we had bingo, karaoke, and dancing. The hotel facilities were great, and everything made for a very special stay. We recommend it and would love to come back.

I really like spending my holidays at this hotel. It’s quiet, close to nature, and has good food, so it suits anyone looking to unwind. There’s Wi-Fi, lots of TV channels, grass and sand courts, a pool, and a playground for little ones. Getting there isn’t easy if you don’t have a car, and the hotel isn’t near the town center.
