We were driving from Brasília toward ubá-mg and I searched Google for somewhere to spend the night. I found hotel alvorada I and its four-person room. For the price, it surprised me. There are a few things that need fixing, but the room had pillows, sheets, a blanket, and a towel. Breakfast had lots of options, nothing fancy, but it was great.

The location is very good, with easy access to the city center. The hotel wasn't all that bad, but it urgently needs improvements, especially renovations in the rooms and more cleaning in some areas.

Pretty poor. There are three floors and no elevator, with the garage in the basement, so I had to climb four levels. The toilet was clogged and overflowed across the whole bathroom. The lighting was awful, and the receptionist was unhelpful and showed no empathy.
