I've had a good stay each time I've been here. The staff are helpful, breakfast is good, and both the rooms and grounds are well kept and clean.

The beds and breakfast are wonderful, and the restaurant is great too. Try their picanha burger. For a long time, this was the best and most expensive hotel in town. Customer service is very good, though the staff don't speak English. Update 2022: Over the past 5-6 years, they haven't done enough to keep the hotel up to date. There are many small issues, like dark grout between tiles from poor cleaning. Service at the front desk on arrival is very poor. They need to invest in experienced housekeeping and management staff, and above all, customer service training. I've lowered my rating by 2 stars.

It's a lovely place, but the food is a letdown. The portions are very small and overpriced, and they don't serve some tasty hotel staples such as mandioca frita or typical farofa.

The staff are so kind, and it's a nice place to relax and spend some time. The best hotel in Sinop.

One of the best hotels in Sinop. The breakfast is amazing, and there's a swimming pool, which matters in the northern climate, as well as a gym.
