Terrible. The rooms are poor quality, and the food is beyond words. I wouldn't recommend it.

Awful place, way out in the middle of nowhere. There was barely any water in the bathroom, and the shower was terrible.

The setting outside was pleasant and the location is excellent, but my stay in room 13 was awful. The electric shower didn't work properly and sprayed water everywhere. The bathroom floor was horrible, the beds were uncomfortable, and cleanliness was lacking. Breakfast was a mess. Unless you got there early, you might not get any, and items that ran out were rarely replenished. I had planned to stay until Ash Wednesday, but checked out early even though I'd already paid. While I was still packing, the reception guy came and switched off the air conditioning without warning or asking, and disregarded my right to stay through the next day. There isn't reasonable soundproofing between rooms. If you turn in early, you'll hear people in the neighboring rooms playing dominoes, blasting music, and talking loudly until they get tired of it. It was a terrible experience, and I don't recommend it.

The guesthouse has a lovely view of the sea, a nice pool, and a simple but delicious breakfast. The staff were very helpful, and the owner's son sorted out and booked our trip to the island of santo Aleixo. It was a beautiful outing and well worth seeing. My one suggestion would be to improve the room cleaning, since the window was quite dirty. Thanks for the warm welcome and attention. I'd definitely come back.
