Letiva Hotel Centro

The garage is outside, with staff looking after it properly. It’s locked with a padlock at night, but you can message them on WhatsApp and they’ll open it, so you can come and go 24 hours a day. The breakfast is good quality and has enough variety for the reasonable price of the stay. The service team were friendly and courteous throughout, and their professionalism and kindness really stood out. I won’t name just a few people because that wouldn’t be fair to everyone. Congratulations to the owner for bringing together such a close-knit team. I had nothing to complain about during my stay.

The rooms are cozy, breakfast has plenty of variety, and the staff are very polite and helpful. It’s a truly wonderful place to stay. Come experience the hospitality at Letiva Hotel Centro.

It’s a basic hotel, really just somewhere to sleep. There’s hardly anything nearby at night. The walls have a lot of damp damage, and the bathroom shower stall is very cramped.

The hotel is filthy, a complete dump. The bathroom was grimy, the synthetic sheets were smaller than the mattresses, and the towels were thin and awful. In the middle of the night the air conditioning stopped, so I had to change rooms. The replacement room let me hear staff talking during the night, then the same staff started shouting at 6 a.m. By morning, dirty, muddy water was coming through in every room. They didn’t fix the problem and just kept putting guests off. The employees looked completely lost, totally unprepared and incompetent. Do yourself a favor and never stay at this hotel.
