The team were polite, helpful, and great to deal with, and the room was exceptionally clean and well organized. Breakfast had a nice country feel, with fresh food and a good range of sweet and savory choices, fruit, and drinks. We had a fantastic weekend, and the stay was one of our best. We loved Socorro and would definitely come back.

Such a charming, peaceful place. Ruth was especially attentive, and the reception staff were all polite, helpful, friendly, and cheerful, though I don’t know their names. The ladies in the kitchen were lovely too, and breakfast was delicious with everything fresh. The Wi-Fi worked really well. The shower and bathtub were wonderful, and there was even hot water at the bathroom sink.

We were looking for somewhere inland in São Paulo state for a change from the beach, and after lots of searching found Pousada "Encantos de Socorro". The town itself was a lovely escape from the rush and noise, and we enjoyed it a lot. Everything at the guesthouse exceeded our expectations: a clean, tidy room where everything worked, a place to park, a pool, and a very good breakfast. The service stood out from the first contact. Ruth explained everything with real care and courtesy, and Graci welcomed us when we arrived. Our pet Safira was treated just like a guest, with a personalized bed, a photo, and a few little treats. She could be with us throughout the guesthouse, with no restrictions. We’re grateful to Ruth, Graci, and the rest of the team, and recommend the place. We hope to return soon, God willing.

Everything was lovely, from the welcome and breakfast to the room, cleanliness, comfortable bed, decor, and peaceful location. It’s a beautiful place, and I recommend the guesthouse. In my opinion, anyone who goes won’t regret it. Congratulations to the team.
