Pousada Caruaru

Our first stay was wonderful. It’s a peaceful, lovely place with lots of charm. The hosts, Sr Dodge and Dna Nice, are such warm people. Dodge was so attentive and put great care into everything. And the tapiocas, mmm, they were amazing. Thank you so much.

The scenery takes your breath away, the pool is Mara, and we made new friends during our short stay. We’ll be back with our children, grandchildren, and pets. If you’re after peace, quiet, and charming decor, come see Seu Dorg. That big smile and those real, generous hugs! And we can’t forget the best tapioca, made by him, or Dna Nice.

We were able to choose our room as soon as we arrived, which made us feel at ease right away. Sr. Dodge welcomed us warmly and was friendly and attentive. The place is nicely decorated and spacious, and comfortable for both children and people traveling with animals. Breakfast was a highlight. Sr. Dodge made the tapiocas with so much care, and you could see how happy he was to make what people asked for. We especially loved the strawberry and condensed milk tapioca, made with so much love. The mountain views and starry sky were stunning. It was a relaxing, welcoming stay that made us feel at home, and we’ll definitely return.

The view is beautiful, and everyone we met was polite. The host was extremely courteous, the bed linens were clean, and breakfast was very good. Their strawberry tapioca was unlike any we’ve had, the best ever.
