Great place!

Awesome!

The big pool is a real plus, with two heated pools and one natural pool. The pool snack bar is great, the grass in Setor horizonte is in good shape, and the shared kitchen works for everyone. The campsite could use some improvements. My husband complained that the men's bathroom was so dirty it was almost impossible to use. Some playground equipment was broken or needed maintenance, and the Wi-Fi was awful.

The worst part was the rude way everything was handled. I don't recommend this campground. I had paid a deposit for five tents and arrived first, but they still wouldn't let me in to set up before I paid the balance. I found that inflexible and lacking empathy. Later, I needed two day passes for my in-laws. At first they said there was no availability, then they approved it. I paid R$ 75 for each. They arrived at noon and were told quite rudely that the passes only lasted until 5 p.m., and that even going one minute past 5:01 would mean another day's charge. The rule itself wasn't the main problem. The way they treated us was. Customer service makes all the difference.
