Dakota Hotel

Great!

I tried to stay there one night last week, from 1 a.m. to 5 a.m., just four hours, but I thought the price was really steep. If you keep charging like that, you'll lose customers. If you had made the price more accessible, you might have kept them, because sometimes people don't need a full stay, just a little sleep. Even so, I won't stop considering it. For me, it's the best in Brasília.

The hotel is good for the price, but the service was terrible. The night receptionist treated me really well, while the morning shift receptionists treated me differently. It was me and my wife.

The service was awful. Our room smelled bad, there were pubic hairs on the sheets, and the breakfast was terrible. There was no room service, moaning could be heard the whole time, the power kept going out, sheets weren't replaced daily, and there was no bath mat. We were in the room chatting with friends when the receptionist on duty first knocked and then opened the door twice, saying things angrily. If someone had been naked, that would've been an invasion of privacy. I don't recommend this place.
