Intercity Brasilia Led Águas Claras

We were moved to another room, but that one had mold too. The first room was dirty, with a moldy bathroom, and the service was terrible. I can't see how this could be a 4 star hotel. I'll never come back.

The sheets had stains and there was no soap in the bathroom. We arrived at 11pm to find the “restaurant” closed, so they gave us a very cheap food bag that didn't account for food restrictions or allergies. Breakfast doesn't start until after 6 am, and you can't even get coffee before then. A really bad experience, I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

There weren't many breakfast options, though what they did have was okay, and the breakfast staff didn't smile. The bed and pillows weren't comfortable, and I saw cleaning staff going through the things left in the room. The sauna smelled like rotten, wet cloth. There's no guest ironing room, so if you need something ironed, you have to order laundry service, which isn't available 24/7.

The location worked well for me, right beside the shopping center, though the main tourist attractions are about a 40-minute drive away. They also serve lunch and dinner, and breakfast is included. The staff were helpful. My issue was the room service: on the 14th floor, they came after 3pm to clean and tidy the room, when I understand hotels usually do that before lunch. I recommend it based on my experience.
