There are lots of kids, and it has a family atmosphere. The condo is huge and new, right by the sea, facing the natural pools. It’s less than 1 km from the famous little Carneiros church, close to Bora-Bora, and only 2 km from downtown. There’s plenty of natural green space and well-kept gardens, several pools, a large playground, and beach chairs and umbrellas on the sand. The pool bar and restaurant are inside the condo, and the food is wonderful at a reasonable price. The restaurant is open from 9 to 18. Parking and security are good. There’s also a gym, a volleyball court by the sea, a soccer field, a party room, and lots of jogging paths throughout the property. Pets are allowed.

It’s a beautiful, well-organized place with a peaceful feel. I stayed during the week, so I can’t say whether it’s just as quiet on weekends. Some areas are still under construction, but that didn’t get in the way of the stay. There’s a small convenience shop, game room, gym, tennis court, and other amenities.

The condo is exceptionally well equipped and cared for, and sits on the best stretch of beach.
