The gardens and pool area are beautiful, and breakfast is nice. The staff were helpful too. I'd stay here again if I visit Tamandaré in the future. Good location.

I got a bad feeling quickly after contacting the hotel to arrange my booking. The staff were really rude, and customer service was poor. The hotel's main principle seems to be money first, and then you may be in trouble. There are too many rules that only protect the hotel. I tried to share feedback politely, but they didn't receive it well. If you're thinking of staying here, read the online reviews first so you can make an informed decision.
