Hotel Comfort Styles

My room was right beside the gas station, and the noise went on all night. The breakfast was okay, as were the bathroom and the service. The rooms were clean.

The staff were polite, and the apartment was clean and roomy. There was plenty of parking, with spaces always available, and breakfast was good. The bed wasn't very comfortable, but I could still get a decent rest.

It’s a good hotel, but breakfast could use more care and variety. Yogurt and fresh juice instead of artificial juice would be nice.

The room smelled like a sewer backup, and at R$230 a night it wasn't worth the price. We left without showering and had to drive for hours. The cold shower the night before had made us feel worse, and with the rain that morning we weren't going to take another cold one. I don't recommend this place at all. The facilities were poor, and the whole place had a terrible atmosphere, like a psychiatric hospital. When I called, the employee who answered made us feel like a nuisance, as if they clearly didn't want to be there. After we'd driven for hours to get to the hotel, there was no hot water, even though they'd promised it on the phone. We had to shower cold and caught colds. The next morning we asked them to fix the shower, and only then were we told the water heating system was broken. I doubt they have hot water at all, since the shower isn't electric. Breakfast wasn't worth what we paid either. It seemed to be made up of leftovers from the previous day, with a bland hot dog and lemon juice that tasted like water. The staff didn't seem prepared, and the manager refused to give us a discount for the problems, which would have been the least they could do so we could find somewhere else to take a proper shower.
