Very Good Featured review

6/10
The internet never worked, despite repeated assurances that it would be fixed, and the front desk kept giving me conflicting information. Even an iron to press my clothes wasn’t available. The air conditioner was awful, making a helicopter-like noise. I know a small town has its limits, but this was well beyond what I expected. Before my stay ended, a manager came to my room and offered me a larger, cleaner room with much better air conditioning. I don’t know whether it was because of my review, but he was very polite and apologetic, so I raised my rating by one star.

8/10
The staff were incredibly helpful, and there’s parking. The price seemed fair, and the on-site pizza place serves until around 10 or 11 pm. It’s right in the city center, which is convenient. The building and furniture are dated but still functional, though the bathroom could use some improvements.

The room was spacious enough, but it hadn’t been cleaned properly. The attendants were polite, and there are several restaurants and stores nearby. The hotel is okay.

The hotel and staff were both very good, and it’s close to everything. It was actually pretty quiet too. Hope to see you all again soon.
