The spa area is clean and well cared for, with a sauna and a pool featuring a lovely waterfall. There’s also a terrace with great views. The hotel is charming and sits next to the conservation area, with an exquisite facade and clean decor. Our room had a very comfortable mattress and pillows, a nicely sized TV, air conditioning, and a lovely veranda with good views. The spa bath was good, and the shower worked well, though its temperature kept changing. Everything was extremely clean, and the cleaning staff were very diligent. Breakfast had plenty of delicious choices. A good hotel in a great location.

The food was amazing, and the chef is wonderful. It’s a peaceful, quiet place with really good assistance. The pool is heated and the sauna is nice. I felt great there and am looking forward to coming back.!!!!

The views from all around the hotel are amazing. It’s up on a hill in the Teresopolis mountains, in a perfect spot for tourism. I stayed for six days and really enjoyed it. The staff were professional, and all the employees can speak English. Breakfast and Wi-Fi were outstanding, and the food was great, whether from room service or at dinner in the restaurant. Prices were acceptable, and the rooms were very clean and quiet. I’d recommend it to Americans and other English-speaking tourists.
