Stella brings breakfast every day, and she and Cristina are wonderfully warm and attentive, down to the details. The house looks just like the photos, and it's spotless: comfortable room, clean bathroom, AC that works perfectly, and a pool that's a treat after the beach. It's about four blocks from the center on a very quiet street, yet close enough to walk to everything. A perfect spot to unwind and enjoy Pipa.

Cristina made us feel at home and shared all the recommendations we needed. The villas have everything you could need in Pipa, and they're less than a five-minute walk from the center while still feeling secluded and peaceful. Estela came each morning to make breakfast, with delicious fresh juices and a very complete meal. We were lucky to spend four nights at Blanc Residence and are incredibly grateful. We hope we can return in the coming years.

We felt at home and have nothing but thanks for the lovely experience. The house was comfortable, spotlessly clean, and well located near the main beaches and center, so we walked everywhere. Breakfast was great, and our host Cris was so welcoming, as was her colleague Lycia, who prepared our delicious breakfast each day. It was very much worth it.

We came back to Blanc for our second stay, and it was just as good as the first. The house is enjoyable, with an intimate feel while still being open. Cristina, our host, is wonderful.

Pipa’s lively center is close by, but this place feels wonderfully peaceful, like being out in the countryside. The host was kind, breakfast was good, and the pool was just the right size. A lovely spot to unwind after exploring the area.
