Rita was a lovely receptionist, welcoming, polite, and very friendly. Her son takes after her. The rooms are large, the bathrooms are excellent, and there’s a mini fridge available, so bring water. It’s calm in the mornings and quiet enough at night for a good sleep. The accommodation is inside a snack bar, Hangar, which is a wonderful burger place. That didn’t bother us at all. At night, customers would look over as we walked through the door, almost as if it were a secret passage. The location is perfect, right in the center. There’s no breakfast, but Rita recommended a nearby Italian bakery that more than made up for it. The room was R$150,00 per night for a couple, paid by credit card, and Rita offers discounts for direct bookings. Parking is about a five-minute walk away, as with the other accommodations in that area. You can stop to unload your bags first, then take the car to the lot, though you have to make a big loop to get there. If you’ve only got a few bags, I’d go straight to the parking lot.
