Rosy was warm, relaxed, and professional, and breakfast is definitely worth having. The place itself is spotless, with a great atmosphere and location. Beds are comfortable, the Wi-Fi is good, and there's a guest kitchen too. I had a great stay in Pipa and would gladly recommend it.

Rose welcomed us with so much warmth. The room was cozy, with air conditioning and a hot shower, and the location is ideal, just 3-4 minutes from the center of Pipa. We'll definitely come back.

The place is very clean and comfortable, and being close to the center is handy. Rose is lovely and makes delicious breakfasts. It feels like being at home. I recommend it for a trip to Pipa, and we'll be back!

We spent four really good days here and felt at home. It's such a cozy little place, and Ross was very helpful and made us feel completely at ease. If you're looking for good value while staying in Pipa, Rose is a great choice. We had a lovely stay and will definitely return soon.

Whenever I'm in Pipa, I like to visit Rose and her sister. They're genuinely lovely people, and I feel so at home there that it hardly feels like an inn. If you want a warm welcome and a wonderful place to sleep at a better price than elsewhere nearby, just talk to Rose.
