The staff were very friendly, and the property is thoughtfully laid out and surrounded by nature. Our room was spacious and clean, and they provided a cot for our baby. The location is wonderful, close to both the beach and downtown with its restaurants and nightlife. Breakfast was amazing, with fresh fruit and a great range of sweets and local food. If I return to Pipa, I’ll definitely stay here again. Thanks, Angelo!

The new owner did a great job modernizing the place, in my opinion. The newly updated rooms were clean, and the property felt secure. It made an ideal base for our Pipa Experience, with a great location. Being able to cross the street and walk into the ocean without stairs is a rare option in Pipa.

The location is right in front of the central beach, and that was the one thing that worked for us. Otherwise, the rooms weren’t very clean, and the place didn’t feel safe. Someone who was with me had their phone stolen. The sheets and air conditioning were very dusty, and my sister immediately had a sinusitis attack whenever we switched on the AC. Our shower was tiny, with hardly any room to move in the stall.

The location is handy, very close to the main beach and the village center. The staff and pool were nice, breakfast was good, and there are a few parking spots.
