The staff were lovely, and breakfast was plentiful and delicious. The rooms have air conditioning, two large bathrooms, and balconies, while the complex has two great pools, one for children and one for adults. It’s a large place, close to restaurants, pubs, beaches, and bus stops, and it’s near both the beach and the city center. I recommend it!

My friend and I stayed there at the same time, but our experiences were very different. I had great cleaning service, breakfast included, extra towels, and a bed for my child. I could also pay by credit card without any trouble. My friend’s room smelled bad and had broken windows, breakfast wasn’t included, and they were told cleaning wasn’t included either. They were also asked to pay through Western Union. So, it can be very good if you’re lucky.

The rooms were spacious and clean, and the staff came across as friendly and professional. There’s a nice pool and a decent restaurant on site. Praia do Amor, Pipa’s “famous” Lovers Beach, is about a 10-minute walk away.

The kitchen was a big plus for me, since I could make my own meals whenever I wanted. The location is great too, close to all the beaches. I love this place.
