Pousada Mirage

The breakfast was plentiful and varied, with a fantastic, comforting view to enjoy while eating. Marisa, Fernando, and the staff were around and happy to share useful information. The pousada is comfortable and welcoming, with a relaxed atmosphere for a weekend, a week, or even a month. It’s right in the center for nightlife and shopping. I stayed twice last year and will keep coming back to enjoy the nature and the pleasant climate all year round. It far exceeded my expectations, a little corner of paradise.

The street outside gets busy and noisy, but inside everything was orderly and peaceful, so it didn’t interfere with my stay. The pousada is well located, fairly priced, with an incredible view and a well-equipped kitchen guests can use. It’s simple, but it met my expectations. Mara’s cleaning deserves special mention, and the sheets and towels were bright white and smelled fresh. I recommend it!

A really pleasant atmosphere, and the hospitality and kindness were exceptional. Breakfast was excellent, with sweet and savory choices, and the wifi worked very well. It’s ideally placed for both the beach, just a two-minute walk, and going out at night since it’s right in the center. Fantastic pousada!

You can get around on foot from here, and the view over the city is incredible. The pousada’s main advantage is its strategic location close to everything. Just be aware that bars and a nightclub are right next door, so I wouldn’t recommend it if you don’t like noise. Otherwise, it’s a pleasant place, from the owner’s energy, hospitality, and kindness to the staff. Breakfast is simple but delicious. I suggest ordering the tapioca with cheese.
