The location is good, and the employees were polite and clearly trying hard. But it seemed there were only 2 staff members trying to handle everything. The same young man covered reception and helped with breakfast, where an older woman was struggling to serve everyone. They seemed short of resources. When we arrived, reception was unattended and I had to find an employee at the back of the house. My husband had to wash the air conditioner filter because it was horribly dirty. The toilet smelled strongly of urine, the mattress was old and awful, and the rooms don't have TVs. Breakfast was terrible: there was just 1 juice option, couscous, sausage, and cake. The employee offered to make a sandwich fresh, which I accepted, but it was awful too. There were only 3 fruit options, and the tapioca was terrible. At night, reception was left empty, everything was open, and anyone could come and go and access the rooms. The inn isn't just basic, it feels abandoned by the owner, with the two friendly employees left to manage everything. I can't recommend it.

We stayed here recently, and the owner has a bad habit of leaving guests with the inn's key. There's no one at reception, so forget getting help or information if you need it. The place across the street seemed much better, and I regret not choosing it. The pool was dirty and the rooms were dirty and smelled moldy. The woman who handled things came across as arrogant and a fake religious type. She decorated the bed with old petals, apparently thinking that would please us. I repeat, you'll regret staying here. Read the comments and you'll see the same complaints. Horrible. Never again.

For this place to be bad, it would still have to improve a lot. The owner was extremely rude. We stayed four days and the room was never cleaned. When we complained, she said those were the rules in pipa and that she hadn't cleaned because she didn't have the keys. The keys were at reception the whole day. She insulted me, saying good manners came from home. The air conditioning didn't work, and she did nothing when we reported it. Breakfast costs extra and is very expensive. A cup of coffee costs 5 reais. We had breakfast at another, very pleasant inn and left a day early, losing the cost of that night's stay. Worst inn of my life. I wouldn't recommend it to my worst enemy.

I wanted to leave as soon as I arrived, but it was New Year's and I couldn't find another place to stay. The photos don't show the place accurately, and the rooms are so tiny there's no room to open a suitcase. You have to keep it closed and upright between the door and bed, then put it on the bed whenever you need something. The bed is pushed against one wall, and the room is so cramped you have to climb onto the bed to reach the air conditioner. Sand quickly gets everywhere, including on the cover, but they only clean every three days, and complain while doing it. There were frequent water outages throughout the guesthouse. I had to change rooms three times because there was no water. When I reported the problem, the owner said that sometimes it happens when they forget to turn on the water pump during the day to fill the tank. She did nothing to help or offer another room. I found an empty one myself, moved my things, and only then told her I'd switched rooms. Worst of all was the owner. She was arrogant, rude, and treated guests badly. Don't stay here, it could ruin your vacation.

We left early to avoid more trouble. After four days, our room still hadn't been cleaned, and when we complained, we were practically thrown out. The owner was rude, threatened guests, spoke badly about other people staying there, and made up cleaning rules that seem to exist only at her pousada in Pipa. The air conditioning didn't work and the lights were burned out. Cleaning only happens every four days, the only place I've ever stayed with that schedule. We had to go to the pousada across the street for breakfast, where they welcomed us despite us not staying there. The owner here can charge five reais for a cup of coffee. It was the worst accommodation I've had in my life. I'm very disappointed.
