The apartment has a fridge, an electric stove, and cutlery, and the accommodations feel very new. It faces the sea, where natural pools form and sea turtles are often spotted. The water is calm and warm, making it a lovely place to visit with family. You can walk about 4 km to Praia da Pipa, either along the cliffs or by the deserted beach. The hotel is 400 meters from the Catu River, which separates Sibaúma beach from Barra do Cunhaú. Booking by phone is also possible at 84 9 9950-6164.

It's a peaceful place to unwind, away from the nightlife in Pipa, and it's almost across from the natural pools. If you feel like going into Pipa at night, the road is accessible, there are no signs of violence along the way, and you'll be there in just a few minutes.

Sibauma is quiet compared with Pipa, and it's easy to get to other spots like Barra de Cunhaú and Pipa. The flat is good value for the money, with a lovely sea view and the beach very close by.

The room is spacious and has a kitchen with a fridge, electric stove, and utensils, including dishes and pans. There's an electric shower, comfortable beds, air conditioning, and a beautiful sea view from the window. Breakfast is included at affordable prices, the place is well organized, and the cleaning was a 10 out of 10. The beach is close enough to walk to. There's also a large clean pool and plenty of free parking.

A lovely view straight out to the sea, and the staff were very attentive. The hotel itself is nice and cozy, though it's better suited to someone looking for peace and quiet since it's far from Pipa. The street is unpaved.
