This is some of the best budget accommodation in town, about a five-minute walk from the beach and a few hundred meters from the center. Rose, a very friendly local woman, runs the place and goes out of her way to make your stay in Pipa pleasant.

The staff treated me really well. The Wi-Fi was excellent, breakfast was included, the room was comfortable, and there were hammocks on the balcony for relaxing. I recommend it to anyone looking for an affordable place to stay in Pipa.
