Simply the best-run hotel I’ve stayed at in Brazil.

We got great value for money here, with good quality, a nice pool, a perfect location, and a lovely breakfast. The Peruvian man at reception, whose name I didn’t catch, gave us the best service of our two months travelling in Brasil. He was attentive, proactive, and helpful. Thanks!

A good stay, but not an excellent one, with a few disappointments. The location is convenient, close to Av Baia dos Golfinhos, and the beaches are walkable. There’s also a van stop nearby on R dos Flamingos for trips to Tibau do Sul or Madeiro. The room was spacious, the bed comfortable, and the shower, air conditioning, and Wi-Fi all worked well. There was a small TV, a good breakfast, a retractable clothesline, and an outdoor table. What we didn’t like: there was no flexibility about storing luggage or staying on the property after checkout. Our transfer had a problem, so we asked reception if we could wait somewhere. We were told, I believe by the owner, “No, the key needs to be here at 11 a.m.; after that it’s R$100 per person.” Half the reservation cost was charged through Booking, which was fine, but the remaining half had to be paid at the accommodation, with no option to pay by credit card in installments, unlike at other places we stayed. Breakfast had couscous with sausage and sauce every day. For the nightly rate, I expected a better protein option. At other places we stayed in Rio Grande do Norte, there was meat on some days and chicken on others. There were also “party snacks” on the buffet.
