It was average.

Everything we needed was close at hand, roughly 200 to 700 meters away. There were shops of various kinds, banks, pharmacies, supermarkets, restaurants and other services, along with tourist spots, public offices, city halls, a hospital and parks. The hotel keeps up its standards. I recommend it!

I was worried after reading the reviews, but my experience wasn't like what people had posted, at least during my stay. I had room 312, which was clean, fresh-smelling and well organized, with spotless towels and bedding. Breakfast was the one thing I'd improve. It wasn't bad, just very basic. Apart from that, everything was perfect.

The tables were dirty, like everything else, and breakfast was awful. They didn't even provide decent cutlery, there wasn't a single dessert spoon, and no one told me the breakfast hours. The bedding was filthy, and the only towel had hair on it. When I asked for a face towel, I was told they didn't have one because people steal them. There was no elevator or anyone to help carry my bags up three flights of stairs. The worst hotel I've ever stayed in. I'll never return.
