Lis Bleu Pousada

We could walk to the center in about ten minutes, while the inn itself felt peaceful and quiet. Our room was spotless and lovely, and the welcome and service were great from arrival through checkout. The receptionist even carried our bags upstairs. We also loved the pool and its view, the sauna, and the bathtub in our room. Breakfast was spectacular. A top-notch stay, and we'd gladly return.

The Serra view is wonderful, and the place has a calm, welcoming feel. Breakfast was very complete. We asked to switch rooms and the change was handled easily on the day we stayed. I'd suggest booking an upstairs chalet room for better airflow and sunlight.

The location worked really well, just a short walk from the center of Tiradentes and away from the crowds and bustle when town gets busy. Everything is so well cared for, and the rooms are attractive, comfortable, and well equipped. Breakfast was a highlight: fresh cakes, juice, and bread, plus a warm wood stove where you can melt cheese. Leonardo was attentive from booking right through the end of our stay, made us feel at ease, and shared lots of tips for enjoying the city. We had a great time and would definitely come back. Try to stay at least four nights if you can. Congratulations to Equipe Lis bleu, you make a difference!

The noise in our upstairs room was awful. I complained at reception, but nothing was done. Someone in the neighboring room was smoking, and the smoke came into ours. When I raised that too, they said smoking wasn't allowed on the balconies, even though there was an ashtray there. A terrible experience. With the price of the stay, we expected much better service. I don't recommend it.
