From the balcony you can see Morro da Guarita, and apto 103 has a great kitchen. The accommodations are very good, with furniture and household utensils. Seu Antônio was friendly and very helpful. It’s also very close to the beach. I recommend this Residencial.
Everything was clean and well organized, and Seu Antônio and his daughter gave us a wonderful, attentive welcome. I loved the place and will definitely come back when I have vacation time. They deserve all the praise!
The apartments are spacious and very comfortable, with views of the cliffs. We arrived at the last minute, and Antonio treated us really well. It’s one block from the ocean, faces south, and is near the lake.
It’s very quiet and secure, with comfortable apartments, all the amenities, and parking options for different budgets. The complex is just steps from the sea, and the terrace has sweeping views of the hills and the city of Torres. The owner, Mr. Antonio, is friendly, helpful, and attentive.
The owners paid close attention to everything, and the rooms had sea views. It’s a very comfortable place to stay. An elevator would be a great addition!
