It was a very good stay, with a great location near the beach and plenty of good places to eat nearby. The staff were cheerful and glad to help, and breakfast had more than enough variety. The hotel has been here since 1929.

The rooms are spacious, and many have lovely ocean views. The beds are very comfortable, and shutters keep the light out at night. With the windows open you can hear the waves on the shore; close them and it's quiet. The bathrooms are modern and have proper hot water, not an electric showerhead. There are two outdoor pools in a large patio that gets sun for most of the day, including one pool for children. Downstairs, there's a good sized reception and lounge, plus a very large dining room. Breakfast is a hot and cold buffet with eggs, and it's second to none. This is one of Torres' oldest hotels. Highly recommended.

I was surprised by how nice the staff were and how good breakfast was, since I hadn't expected much. It's a very good hotel for the price. It could use some refurbishment, but nothing too dramatic.

The location is very close to the beach, just two blocks away, and the price is good, not expensive. It's a simple hotel, but the rooms are clean and comfortable, breakfast is good, and the staff are pleasant.
