I was robbed even though I kept my wallet in the safe the whole time. The elevator also wasn’t working.

I’m here now, and I’ve never stayed somewhere this awful. The bed has dust mites and they’re biting us constantly. It’s filthy everywhere, especially the bathroom, which looks like it hasn’t been cleaned since the previous guests. The towels have yellow stains, and the water smells terrible, sort of like blood or iron, I can’t tell. We’d rather lose the money and switch hotels tomorrow than try to sleep here. Please don’t stay here.
