The room was extremely clean and well looked after, and breakfast was excellent, with a great range and quality. The night shift receptionist and the owner were very polite and attentive, which made the stay quite pleasant. The facilities were excellent, but the service was inconsistent. Unfortunately, the day shift receptionist, the red-haired woman, was extremely unpleasant and unprofessional. Her brusque manner, lack of courtesy, and clear lack of concern for guests were far below the expected standard of hospitality. The stay would have been perfect if the service had been equally good on every shift. There are other comments about this same employee on Google. I suggest the owner review her performance, since this directly affects the guest experience.

Our stay wasn’t good. We were a family of four, but on arrival we found out the accommodation only had rooms for three. Their proposed “solution” was a very thin mattress laid directly on the floor. It was uncomfortable and completely unsuitable for a decent stay. They should make situations like this clear before booking. If they can’t accommodate the number of guests, they shouldn’t offer alternatives that undermine rest and comfort. It wasn’t a satisfactory experience, and we wouldn’t choose this place again. Very unprofessional.

Even though we stayed for just one night, the experience was excellent. We were welcomed warmly when we arrived, and breakfast was even better than expected. What really set the inn apart for us was that they accept large dogs and truly make guests with pets feel welcome. Few places do it so naturally, and that made it possible for us to travel with Aquiles. We left a photo with the inn’s team and our pet, who was treated with so much affection. We’d definitely come back and recommend it!

The room was pleasant and clean, though the mattress felt a little soft. The owner was very friendly, and Gabriel and the woman working in the kitchen were kind too. My experience was quite different with the other staff: they seemed unhappy, barely greeted us, and the receptionist I met when I arrived was especially unfriendly and rude, which made the place feel uncomfortable. With a friendlier team, the atmosphere and hotel would be much better.
