The location is excellent, very close to the quadrado, and there’s parking for the car. Our room was enormous, with a great area for hanging clothes and putting folded things away, plus a sink, stove and oven, and a good fridge. The bathroom was very nice, with a great shower. There was also a little porch outside the room where breakfast was served, which made us feel more comfortable about social distancing during the pandemic. Best of all, the owner, Sr. Milani, was incredibly friendly. We wish breakfast had been served a bit faster. That seemed common at almost all the places we visited in Trancoso, though. A pool would be nice, but its absence doesn’t take away from the pousada.

We loved it and plan to come back. The rooms are equipped even for cooking, and breakfast is served on the porch by your room. There’s parking, so no need to worry about the parking attendants, or you can walk to lots of tourist spots and nearby restaurants. Such a good place in Trancoso!

The rooms are high and spacious, and we loved our stay. The pousada’s owner, Milane, is so caring with guests and really attentive to the details. Breakfast was wonderful, served just for you and your companion. We’ll be back!

We arrived without a reservation, and Seu José, the owner, treated us really well. It’s a peaceful, excellent pousada about a five-minute walk from the Quadrado, with private parking and breakfast served on your room’s porch.

Seu Milane has such a lovely heart. The place was wonderful and clean, and the breakfast was excellent. I liked it and will be back. Recommended!
