The breakfast was fantastic, and the rooms were really great. It's close to everything.

Some of the staff really try hard and provide good service, and they're the only thing that keeps the place going for me. The hotel itself was awful. The manager woke guests at 6 a.m. by shouting at employees in the hallways, and there were flies buzzing around the food at breakfast. The real problem is the lack of management and professionalism. I don't recommend it at all. I even had to call the manager out for not respecting guests' comfort and boundaries.

I've stayed at the hotel before and never had a complaint, so I came back last week when I needed to return to Três lagoas. This stay was frustrating. The bed was soft, uncomfortable, and smaller than the other beds I've slept in there. Every time we left and came back, we had to call reception because the card that controls the room's power didn't work. Someone had to switch the breakers off and on again. On our last time out, resetting the room breakers didn't help, so they had to reset the main breakers in the hallway. We had to wait outside the room while they did that. I was really unhappy with the stay.

I arrived in town at 8 in the morning after a 10-hour trip and was worn out. My room was free, but instead of letting me check in a little early, they wanted to charge me extra. Every other hotel I've been to has let me in without a charge when the room was ready, but this one wanted payment. A terrible experience.

The room was clean and nicely arranged, and the service was good. Breakfast was plentiful and tasty.
