We've stayed here for more than 10 years whenever we travel along BR 040. The welcome is always friendly, and although it's near the road, it's far enough away that we don't hear the noise. Dinner is delicious, home-style food, and breakfast has gotten much better than it was in past years.

We stopped here for a night's sleep while traveling. The rooms were comfortable, the bed linen was very clean, and the staff were helpful. Breakfast doesn't have a huge selection, but everything they do serve is delicious.

The rooms are tidy and cozy, but breakfast could be better. Dinner comes in generous portions, though it's very expensive. The prices are like those at a luxury hotel, but the quality doesn't match. The food is more like simple, home-style restaurant fare.
