Great!

What a night, friends. The bedroom door had no key and wouldn't shut all the way, while the bathroom door was just a piece of PVC with no lock. The shower stayed cold, and there were exposed wires in the bathroom. There was barely any toilet paper, less than two uses' worth. The pool was filthy, the corridors were dirty, and ketchup and mayonnaise packets had been left in the garden. This place needs a lot of improvement before I'd call it acceptable. Sleeping in an abandoned building by the road would have been better.

We only needed a place to stay overnight, and Isabela welcomed us warmly and was kind and helpful. The hotel is conveniently close to the highway. The rest was disappointing: the bathroom was tiny, with nowhere to hang clothes, and the shower enclosure door was very narrow. Cleanliness was poor, and gaps around the window and door had been stuffed with paper. The bed and masonry tables needed paint, and the towels and sheets were worn out. Breakfast was very weak and the table was poorly set. The place is simple, but it still needs more care with the essential details.

The staff were polite and the service was good. The room itself was basic, with a masonry bed and a mattress that sagged at the side and was uncomfortable in the middle. The fan was weak, and mosquitoes made it impossible to open the window or bedroom door. Breakfast was very simple, and the bath towels were thin and torn from wear.
