The rooms are tidy, but what we agreed on when booking wasn’t what we got at check-in. We’d arranged one double bed and two singles for the kids, but were given a room with five single beds. The location is very good, close to the Sanctuary and town center. The woman who does the cleaning was incredibly polite and friendly, which made our stay feel like a ten out of ten. They should also invest in technology to make guests more comfortable, so they’ll want to come back.

The room was cozy and spotless, and the welcome at reception was lovely. Breakfast and lunch were delicious too. The location is excellent, and so is the value for the money. I’m very satisfied and will be back.

Everything was clean, the service was great, and I liked the food a lot. The owner is such a lovely person and took care of everything we asked for right away.
