Pousada III Poderes

The room itself felt too poorly equipped for what they charge. The mattress was so thin I could feel the slats underneath, and I barely moved because I worried the bed might break. The small fan hardly moved any air, and the old TV had a really bad picture. The place has plenty of space, but it could be used better, starting with the basics. There are some good points: it was clean, Wi-Fi was available, and the owner was kind and polite. Towels and sheets are provided, but you have to ask for them. The owner also sells lunch and dinner there, though I found meals in the city center for a better price. Breakfast is basic and runs from 6:30 to 8:30. I got there at 7:20 and some items were already gone. The parking area is small, so getting the car in and back out was difficult. I’m used to staying at inns and hotels, and while the owner and family were very polite and helpful, the stay still fell short.
