The price was reasonable, and breakfast had plenty of variety, but the stay had several problems. We were put in an apartment on the second floor, and the elevator had been broken for days. No one mentioned that when we booked. The intercom was switched off, so any time we needed something we had to go down to reception. There was no hot water in the shower, which uses a central heating system. We were told the issue was with the circuit board. We asked for two extra pillows, but they had none, so they gave us bedspreads to use instead. At the pool, we ordered carne do sol bites, but they came out tough and dried out from frying. During the busy breakfast service, just two staff members were trying to restock plates, cutlery, and some of the food.
