Hotel Pousada do Sol

On my first stay, I booked from Sunday 09/11/2025 to Monday 10/11/2025, as agreed, and everything was fine when I arrived. When I booked again on my way back from a trip, this time from Friday 14/11/2025 to Saturday 15/11/2025, I asked for the same room or another with a double bed. We had already settled that over WhatsApp, and I have a screenshot of the conversation. After driving 500 km, I got to the hotel at night and found both it and the garage empty. There was simply nobody there. At check-in, I was told they didn't have a double bed, despite what we'd arranged. They even claimed the hotel was full, though there was no activity, no cars in the parking garage, and no noise inside. That's a lack of respect, commitment, and consideration after everything had been agreed. If you book here, don't count on it going as planned. You could run into the same problem I did. It's a matter of luck.
