We’ve rented this apartment twice now and came as a family. Everything was exactly where it was in the photos when we arrived, and we all loved the stay. The information we were given was really useful. There’s a market, pharmacy, and bakery nearby, as well as Praia Grande and Praia do Tenório.

My family loves this place. It has everything we need for fun, including a barbecue and outdoor showers for rinsing off after the beach, and we feel safe, free, and at ease here. I come every year and don’t want to stay anywhere else in Ubatuba.

We were two people, though the kitnet could fit up to six. The apartment was well organized and had everything we needed, with a great location near downtown and Praia Grande. The condominium also has a shared laundry area, a barbecue, and parking spaces. The only downside is that the surrounding street is full of potholes.

A clean, fully equipped flat that’s great for a family with kids, with room for four people. It’s one block from Praia Grande and two from Tenório. There’s a parking space, Wi-Fi, an outdoor shower, a barbecue, and a shared service area.
