The apartment was spotless and so well organized, clearly looked after with care. It’s close to Tenda and the beach, and the building’s elevator made things easier. Priscila was great with us and always answered our questions. Highly recommend, a 10!
Good value, though there are a couple of downsides. The highway nearby makes it really noisy, and the bed is awful.
The apartment is very clean and has two bathrooms, with plenty of room for six people. It’s in a handy spot next to a Tenda and an Ipiranga, about five minutes from the town center and 10 minutes from Félix Beach. The condo is very peaceful, and the host is friendly and attentive. Everything was great.
This was our second stay at Apê, and we’re still in love with it. It’s so comfortable, tidy, and clean, and the location makes everything easy, with a wholesale market just across the street and the center only five minutes away by car. There are lots of restaurants, ice cream shops, and little stores there. Pri, the owner, is lovely and so attentive. This apartment has my heart 💛 and I’m sure we’ll be back many more times.
The huge market is right across the sidewalk, and Praia Grande is about a 10-minute drive away. Ubatuba’s little fair is nearby too. Juliana and Priscila are very attentive and reply right away. The condo has an elevator, pool, electronic gate, and 24-hour front desk. The apartment is really practical, with kitchen utensils. Apê Amarelo was my best Airbnb find. Highly recommend!
