The complex has great facilities, with well-kept shared areas including a pool, and the staff are polite, friendly, and helpful. Still, it's upsetting that some people there act in intolerant and homophobic ways. Even more concerning, the complex's response in one situation seemed to go along with that behavior instead of encouraging respect, inclusion, and people getting along. The facilities are good, but there needs to be real progress in how people treat one another and in respect for diversity.

But in unit 220 of block E, we had major problems during our four-day stay. The internet and air conditioning never worked, even though we tried contacting the owner and got no answer. The mattress also smelled musty. I wouldn't recommend renting this unit.

I had a deeply disappointing stay at the complex I recently rented. I expected somewhere safe, clean, and well maintained, but several problems seriously affected the experience. Around the garage, a blocked drain caused water to collect, which raised health and safety concerns for residents and visitors. Weeds were growing between the garage paving blocks and along the sidewalks, making the shared areas look neglected and potentially attracting pests or creating a safety hazard. The bin near the apartments was often full and smelled bad, making the area unpleasant and possibly drawing insects and rodents. I had been told there was a recycling area, but when I tried to dispose of glass and plastic bottles, the doorman said there wasn't a designated place and told me to use the regular bin. That's a waste management failure and goes against sustainable practices. There were also construction materials left around the pool, spoiling the leisure area and posing a possible danger, especially to children. For tenant access, I suggest facial recognition instead of plastic wristbands. It would be more practical and secure, and would avoid snagging or damaging clothes and scratching people's skin. These issues affect residents' and visitors' quality of life and reflect badly on the complex. I hope management addresses them promptly so the place can be safe, clean, and welcoming for everyone.
