I booked three months ahead and paid half the amount in advance to hold the reservation. When I arrived, they hadn’t recorded it and had booked someone else in my place. If I hadn’t messaged to confirm my stay, they wouldn’t even have told me. It’s disrespectful to someone who has had a trip planned for months. A very disappointing experience, and unprofessional.
We felt so welcome, and the place was incredibly cozy. My family and I recommend it, and we're sure to come back.
The lack of organization, professionalism, attention, and respect for guests was hard to overlook. I wouldn't recommend it.
