We had such a lovely stay. The place looked just like the photos, was clean and well cared for, and had a warm, family-friendly feel. Julião, dona Silvana, and the owner's daughter were incredibly kind and welcoming. We loved it and will definitely come back.

The service was great, the rooms were really good, and the place itself was excellent. I plan to stay here again.

This was our first stay at the guesthouse. The place matched the photos, and the woman who welcomed us was very kind. The trouble was with rooms 8, 7, and 6. The air conditioners in all three were making a loud knocking sound, like something hitting the roof, and weren't working properly. We couldn't sleep. Room 8's shower also had almost no water pressure, which made showering difficult. It felt like the rooms needed maintenance. With the heat, going without air conditioning wasn't an option, and opening the window meant dealing with lots of mosquitoes. Otherwise, things were okay. I'm replying to your message, Sr. JULIAO. My sister made the reservation, and I gave her the stay as a birthday present. Your aunt, who welcomed us, told us herself that maintenance was needed. She saw the air conditioner problems in all three rooms, too. At 10:30 at night, my sister asked to move from the room where she was sleeping because the noise was too loud for her 3-year-old child to sleep. Even after the room change, she wasn't allowed to use the bathroom in the new room so it would stay clean for another guest. She had to leave it ready for them. I left this review so other people won't have to go through what we did, and so you can fix things that should be simple to sort out. The shower in room 8 isn't working properly, and you can check it yourself. We were outside when your aunt asked, “What is that noise?” I told her it was coming from my room. I stayed there all night with three children and didn't change rooms. To improve, you need to listen to constructive criticism. I hope you learn from this and speak to people with the same courtesy as your aunt, who treated us kindly, tried to solve the problems, checked them herself, and apologized. That was very different from your response. Thank God it was only one night, because we couldn't have stayed there longer. I doubt the person who stayed in that room had no complaint. We spent three days here as a family of eight and rented two apartments. My kids are 8 and 2. Everything was clean, organized, and working well, and the pool was lovely. The beach is close, so we could enjoy it and then come back for a swim. Since everything is on one level, it was especially convenient with children, and my son had fun in the playroom. The two apartments worked out really well. We used one for meals, which was totally fine. The staff were incredibly attentive, and the guesthouse was great whether coming as a couple with kids or splitting into separate apartments with a bigger group.
