Chalés Margarida

The chalet is advertised for up to six people, but it’s so cramped that nobody feels comfortable. There were only five plates, too, which hardly seems prepared for the stated capacity. We also had very little privacy. The bathroom door had no lock, so we had to improvise with a fork to keep it shut. Behind the air conditioner window there’s a septic tank. Whenever someone flushed or used the sink, water kept running down, and a strong smell was drawn into the room by the air conditioner. It made the space really unpleasant. Other signs of poor upkeep were the kitchen window that wouldn’t close and the clothesline, badly corroded underneath. If you want comfort, privacy, and suitable facilities for your family, I can’t recommend this place. What we found was very different from what was advertised.

The fridge makes such a loud noise that it sometimes wakes you up. Depending on where you sit, the TV’s angle makes it hard to see.

It’s a peaceful stay with everything you need in a home, and the beach is just nearby. I recommend it.

The chalets are spacious and close to the beach, with a safe setting and excellent service. I stay there whenever I can.
