We stayed in apartment 18, owned by Tiago and Priscila, and they’ve done a lovely job with it. It’s tidy, attractive, and feels like home, with its own barbecue area, two bedrooms, a bathroom, and kitchen utensils. They keep it very clean, too. The condo has a pool and security cameras, and there’s plenty of green around the mountains. It sits between Ubatuba and Caraguatatuba, which makes it handy if you want to visit both cities, and there are lots of nearby beaches. Local shops are still growing, but the essentials are close by. We’d definitely come back for longer and explore more.

I honestly didn’t enjoy the stay. The apartment was said to sleep seven, but it felt much too small if you like having space. The road isn’t paved, there aren’t shops nearby, and I found the place far from the beach. Maranduba beach was very dirty to me, so I had to go to Praia Grande to enjoy the beach.

The place would be really nice if smoking were allowed in the outdoor areas, haha. Apart from that, it’s perfect. Priscila and Tiago did a great job with the facilities. I recommend it, and we’ll be back soon.

A great apartment in a really nice spot, and the pool was fine. It’s very close to the beach and makes a great family getaway.
