Everything was so clean and well organized, and the beach, shopping center, and supermarket are all close by. We stayed in an apartment for ten people with just one bathroom, but we managed fine. I loved it and definitely recommend it.

The parking situation was a real hassle. The front lot only fits smaller cars, while the larger ones got blocked in, so we had to track down other renters and ask them to move before we could leave. To avoid bothering other guests, we eventually parked on the street, missed the Área Azul sign, and got a ticket. That added expense and disappointment to an already poor stay. The apartment wasn't clean when we arrived. The cupboards were dirty, there was a thick layer of dust on the beds, and the mattresses smelled strongly of mold and urine. For anyone with allergies, the dusty beds would be awful, and the smell made the mattresses disgusting to lie on. The bedrooms were small and poorly ventilated, and the fans were weak. There wasn't even a floor cloth or a bathroom mat. We had to ask for another pressure cooker, and the blender had to be replaced twice before the third one worked. The kitchen tap barely ran, and the toilet flush wasn't up to the job. On check-in day, the person we'd signed the rental contract with didn't know who I was or that I was due to arrive then. Patricia and Cleidi were friendly and helpful, but I think the problem was with management. I read the negative reviews before booking and chose to overlook them. I won't come back. If cleanliness, hygiene, comfort, peace, and support matter to you, rent somewhere else. Even if it costs more, saving money on those things isn't worth it.

We were welcomed so warmly by Cleidiane and Patrícia, who looked after us with a lot of care and empathy. The apartment was clean, airy, and pleasant, and the area was peaceful and family-friendly. The location is great for getting to the beaches: Domingas Dias, Santa Rita, Perequê Mirim, Toninhas, Praia grande right across the way, Tenório, and others. I loved our stay. Thanks again, ladies.

It's in a great location, and the apartment works well for a group of up to six. More than that and it gets cramped. We struggled a bit because a lot of kitchen utensils were missing, and the Wi-Fi only works downstairs. The individual barbecue is nice, though its space is tight too. Aside from those things, it was very good.
