Hospedagem dos Arvoredos

The owner is a lovely person, but the property needs a lot of work and investment if it’s going to stay in the lodging business. To me it felt like staying in someone’s house, not an inn. The rooms are very close together, so there’s little privacy. The upstairs area is cluttered with broken televisions, steel supports, and other things. There’s room for at most three cars. Three dogs are kept tied up, and one cried a lot at night, which disturbed our sleep. The owner is there in the morning but spends the afternoon at the bar owned by his brother. The breakfast was far below what we’ve had at other places, with no eggs, sausage, papaya, and so on. In our room, the toilet seat was broken, and the TV didn’t work; when it did, you couldn’t change channels. The area around the inn looked as if the city had abandoned it, with grass over a meter high, and the road in is dirt. The place needs major improvements. I’d suggest staying no more than one day. I don’t recommend it for children aged 0-4, people with disabilities, or elderly guests: the stairs to the rooms are a spiral wooden staircase with no handrail, and there’s no accessible alternative.

Seu Carlos was kind and attentive, but the room we stayed in was a bit dirty and had mold. I didn’t sleep well, and breakfast was average.

The suite smelled moldy, and my fiancée and I had to clean the room ourselves. There were also lots of little spiders, definitely more than just a few. I don’t recommend it.

We didn’t stay there. The place was horrible, filthy, neglected, and without even basic care. It wasn’t fit to host guests, and it doesn’t deserve even one star.
